Once a Course/Class have been Emailed, Mailed, Started or Completed you will not be eligible for a refund.
If your class is not completed within 90 days from receipt or by the date the course expires with the state board then your course will be forfeited and no refund will be issued.
Refunds are only granted when licensee is registering for a class and hit the payment submit button twice and their credit card has been charged twice. If you've register for the same class twice, please click on the new support ticket tab, complete the form and submit to request a refund.
